It is a door stop. It holds the door open. My wife needed a door stop for her music classroom.
It is 3D printed out of a flexible rubber like material. It is hard for colleagues to claim this door stop as theirs, it is unique and easily identifiable, being shaped as a note.
When it is not in use it can be hung on the hand bar of the door by the flag of the note.
